The location at Building 401, N Cattlemen Rd Road, Sarasota City seems to be a major disappointment for many customers. Despite being a telecommunications service provider, community & government organization, and advertising agency, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. It's worth noting that responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service have been major areas of concern. While some customers have praised the WiFi service, many others have reported issues with installation, technical support, and even physical damage to their properties. There is one major issue that has been consistently reported by numerous customers - poor customer service and support.
