This park is a must-visit destination in Tampa, with its stunning views of the city skyline, Harbor Island, and Davis Islands. The park's design is well-suited for both children and adults, making it an ideal spot for family outings. One of the highlights of the park is the Columbus Statue, which is a great place to learn about history and take in the surrounding views. The park's amenities, including public restrooms and wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, make it a convenient and inclusive destination for visitors. The park's location along Bayshore Boulevard also makes it a great starting point for a long walk or run along the bay.One of the drawbacks of the park is the lack of dining options within the park itself, which may require visitors to bring their own food or leave the park to grab a bite to eat. However, the surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The park is open 24/7, making it a great spot for early morning or late-night walks. The park's peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views make it an ideal spot to relax and unwind.Overall, Columbus Statue Park is a great addition to Tampa's park system, offering something for everyone in the family. With its stunning views, convenient amenities, and inclusive design, it's a must-visit destination for anyone looking to explore the city.
