This location is well-established and well-liked by its customers. The nail salon is conveniently located on N Dale Mabry Hwy Highway in Tampa City and has a wide range of services, including foot massages, nail art, and pedicures. The staff is generally friendly and professional, with many customers praising the expertise and attention to detail of the nail technicians, particularly Gina, Kelly, and Ida.The prices at this location are relatively competitive, with many customers feeling that they get a good value for the money. However, some customers have mentioned that the salon can be a bit pricey, especially for more complex services. One potential issue at this location is the variability in quality, with some customers experiencing better results than others. This may be due to the fact that the salon is dependent on the skills and experience of its individual technicians, and some customers may have higher expectations than others.Overall, this location is a good option for customers looking for a convenient and well-established nail salon with a wide range of services. However, customers may want to do their research and read reviews to get a sense of which technicians are available and what their strengths and weaknesses are. Some customers have reported issues with the salon's policy on refunds and exchanges, with one customer reporting that the owner attempted to negotiate a refund in exchange for removing a negative review. This raises concerns about the salon's customer service and business practices.
