This salon and spa seems to provide a high-quality experience for its clients. The owner, Colleen, is friendly, professional, and attentive to her clients' needs. She offers a wide range of services, including haircuts, color, facials, and electrolysis, and is known for her exceptional attention to detail and ability to make her clients feel at ease. The salon itself is clean, bright, and cheerful, with a welcoming atmosphere.Colleen's prices are very reasonable, and she is often described as being accommodating with scheduling. Many clients have reported feeling like they are getting a personalized experience, with Colleen taking the time to understand their needs and preferences. One potential issue is the salon's inconsistent hours, with Wednesday and Thursday being closed. Additionally, the review from 08/19/2023 mentions a concern about the sanitation of the salon, specifically the potential for hair particles in the air. However, Colleen responded to this review by explaining that she has procedures in place to clean and sanitize the salon, and that she is regularly inspected by the board of health.
