This business location has a strong overall rating, with a well-deserved score of 4.9. The quality of service is exceptional, with a perfect score of 5.0. The pricing is also highly competitive, earning a score of 5.0. However, the innovativeness of the business could be improved, scoring 4.9 out of 5.The office is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Lake Wales, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. Onsite services and online appointments are available, making it easy for clients to get the help they need. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with extended hours on Wednesday and Thursday. One issue that could be improved is the lack of clear working hours on Wednesday and Thursday, which are listed as 00:00 - 24:00, which may be confusing for clients.Overall, this business location is well-regarded for its excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and convenient location. However, there is room for improvement in terms of innovativeness and clear communication of working hours.
