This laundry service has a lot to improve. First of all, the quality of the service is quite low. The place is often dirty, with trash and homeless people on the premises. The bathroom is a mess, with water and feces everywhere. The staff seems to be uninterested in cleaning up. The equipment doesn't work properly, with many dryers not functioning at all. The owner needs to take better care of the business.The prices are also not good value for the poor service you receive. It's like they're just taking your money without giving you anything in return. The only positive thing is that the prices are cheap, but that's not enough to make up for the many issues.The innovativeness of the business is hard to judge, as there's not much to innovate on. However, it's clear that they need to come up with a new strategy to improve the quality of service and make it more appealing to customers.One major issue that stands out is the presence of homeless people on the premises, making it an uncomfortable and even unsafe environment for customers.
