This laundry service has a mix of good and bad aspects. On the plus side, it's clean, smells good, and most of the time, all machines are working well. The atmosphere feels safe, and the new owners have done a great job renovating the place. The washers and dryers have an app function, making it easy to use without carrying change. However, there are some issues with the temperature settings, which can be a problem, especially when selecting cold wash. The manager was not very responsive to a customer's complaint, and it took a week to resolve the issue. Additionally, one customer's clothes were damaged by a dryer, and the manager seemed uncooperative in resolving the situation. Despite these issues, the laundry service has a good variety of food and offers free Wi-Fi. It's also quiet and peaceful late at night, making it a good place to do laundry. However, the parking lot is not very large, and there are some concerns about safety, such as outside lights being off for over a week. Overall, it's a decent laundry service, but it could improve on customer service and temperature settings.
