I visited Coco Nail Spa, a nail salon located in Sarasota, and overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The quality of the work was good, with most technicians doing a great job. However, there were a few instances where the work was subpar. The pricing was reasonable, with most services falling within a decent price range. One issue I experienced was the rudeness of one of the owners when I expressed my dissatisfaction with a service. Despite this, the salon was clean, and the atmosphere was friendly. Unfortunately, the technician who did my nails was unprepared and had to redo the service multiple times. The staff was accommodating and offered to fix the issue. However, it would have been nice if they had been more proactive in preventing the problem in the first place.
