I visited the Coastal Shoulder Surgery & Sports Medicine location, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility itself is clean and comfortable, with a nice waiting area. Dr. Lewis and his team were professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. They made me feel at ease and provided top-notch care.One of the things that impressed me was the attention to detail and the thoroughness of the examination. Dr. Lewis took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, making sure I understood everything and had all the information I needed.The only area for improvement I would suggest is the availability of parking. While there is on-site parking, it can be a bit limited, especially during peak hours. However, this is a minor issue and did not detract from my overall experience.Overall, I highly recommend Coastal Shoulder Surgery & Sports Medicine to anyone in need of orthopedic care. The team is exceptional, and the care is top-notch.
