The company under the name Coastal Pools & Spas Inc at Building 7730, Little Rd Road, New Port Richey City, seems to be untrustworthy. Several clients expressed disappointment with their service, citing unfinished pools, lack of communication, and poor workmanship. Some reviewers mentioned that the company demanded payment before completing the work and then failed to honor their commitments. There are also complaints about stolen materials, poor craftsmanship, and unprofessional behavior from staff. On the other hand, there are a few positive reviews, with one client praising the company's helpfulness and good workmanship. However, these positive reviews seem to be the exception rather than the rule. The company's phone number is +17278429247, and they co-brand with Coastal Pools & Spas Inc. Despite the lack of innovation, it's clear that some customers were left with a poor experience, while others were satisfied with their services. One major issue arises from several complaints, and it seems to be a common pattern that clients are not satisfied with their service.
