It is worth mentioning that this mental health clinic seems to have a lot of problems. The facilities and layout may be similar to a correctional facility, which can be a source of distress for patients. The lack of respect and unprofessional behavior from staff members has been reported several times, with one patient being assaulted by night staff. The clinic also seems to have issues with communication, with patients being left without medication refills or being rescheduled multiple times without explanation. There is also a concern about the quality of care, as some patients were mixed with those who have more serious mental health issues, and their basic health needs were not met. One patient was even hospitalized for an unrelated injury after being mistreated. The clinic's behavior is also worrisome, as the staff seems to have a mocking attitude towards patients, and one incident involved a director narrating the treatment with taunting behavior. Overall, this clinic appears to have a lot of room for improvement in terms of its facilities, staff behavior, and quality of care.
