Coast II Coast Marine Service & Repair Inc is a boat repair shop located at Building 280, Hedden Ct Court in Palm Harbor City. It is wheelchair accessible with a parking lot on site. The shop works in collaboration with Coast II Coast Marine Service & Repair Inc and has standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.The customers are extremely satisfied with the quality of work done by the shop's team, led by Chris. They are customer-oriented, responsive, and able to handle a wide range of boat needs. The team's professionalism and commitment to quality are evident in the excellent reviews provided by previous customers. On the other hand, one customer had a disappointing experience with the shop. They reported poor communication, lack of transparency, and additional work done without their consent. The customer felt that they had to be on top of the shop 100% to ensure their boat was worked on properly. The shop is known for its excellent repair work, including fuel tank changes, bilge leaks, and livewell repairs. However, the quality of work can be inconsistent, as evidenced by the negative review. The pricing of the services is not transparent, and the shop does not provide enough information on this aspect. The shop's innovativeness is evident in its ability to handle complex boat repairs and maintenance tasks. However, the inconsistent quality of work and lack of transparency in pricing are areas that need improvement.
