I visited Coast Dental in Zephyrhills, Florida, and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made an effort to explain everything to me in detail and were patient with me throughout the process. The hygienist, Nazneen, was particularly skilled and gentle. However, I had some issues with the quality of care. I was diagnosed with a condition that I didn't have previously, and the treatment plan they recommended seemed a bit excessive. Additionally, I was not impressed with the level of communication regarding my insurance and billing. Despite their efforts, I still ended up paying out of pocket for some procedures. Overall, I would rate my experience as 4 out of 5 stars. While I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, I have some concerns about the quality of care and the billing process.
