I visited Coach Pey's Wellness for the first time with chronic pain in my lower back, shoulder, and hip. He did a thorough assessment and identified the root cause of my pain, which was a combination of tight muscles and scar tissue. His unique approach to soft tissue recovery work was exactly what I needed to alleviate my pain. After just one session, I felt significant relief and improvements in my range of motion. Coach Pey's expertise, passion, and dedication to his clients are truly exceptional. His office is also very welcoming and relaxing, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Coach Pey's Wellness to anyone seeking a holistic approach to pain relief and recovery. If you're an athlete or just looking to improve your overall health, Coach Pey is the person to see. His ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner made me feel confident in his expertise. His hours are very accommodating, allowing me to schedule sessions on my lunch break. I've already recommended him to my family and friends, and I'm sure I'll continue to see him for maintenance and relief. Overall, my experience with Coach Pey has been nothing short of amazing.
