4.5

This location is a great place to stay active, especially for women. The services provided by Coach Lauren Lee and her team are top-notch, with a strong focus on personal training. The building is easily accessible by car, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. However, the location is not ideal for those without a vehicle. The restroom is clean and well-maintained, which is a definite plus. The Coach has a wide range of equipment and tools at their disposal, allowing them to tailor their training to each client's needs. On the downside, the location is a bit pricey, which might be a deterrent for some potential customers. Still, it's worth it for the quality of service you receive. The Coach is always eager to listen and adapt to the client's goals and preferences, creating a personalized experience. The environment is welcoming and non-intimidating, making it easy for beginners to feel at ease. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get in shape and improve their overall health.
