I walked into this Financial Service located in the heart of Tampa City, and I must say, it was a great experience. The building was easily accessible by car and the entrance was also wheelchair accessible. Once inside, I was greeted by a friendly team member who offered me a restroom. The planning process was a bit formal, but it was worth it to have a personalized experience.The financial advisors were knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. They presented their services in a clear and concise manner, and I felt comfortable asking questions. The working hours were convenient, and I was able to schedule an appointment during my preferred time.The only drawback was that they didn't have a more extensive range of financial products or services, but the ones they did offer were top-notch. Overall, I would highly recommend this Financial Service to anyone looking for reliable and professional financial advice.I did notice that the Financial Service had a co-branding relationship with Client Centric Advisors, which added an extra layer of credibility to their services. Additionally, their website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The contact phone number was also readily available, and I was able to reach out to them easily.However, it would be great if they had more flexible working hours, especially on Thursdays when it was closed. Despite this, I was overall very satisfied with the services I received.
