The business is located in a convenient spot, making it easy to visit. The owners are hardworking and take pride in their custom-made products. They may not have the fanciest customer service, but their dedication to their work is evident. Unfortunately, the woman who answers the phone can be a bit unfriendly, and one instance of her hanging up on a customer is a major issue. However, the business's strength lies in its ability to deliver quality work quickly and accurately, and at very competitive prices. Despite its small size, the business has managed to attract a good reputation in the area. Its partnership with Clearwater Manufacturing Co is also a plus, as it suggests a commitment to excellence. Overall, this is a reliable and affordable option for those looking for custom-made parts or tools.
