The parking lot is generally well-maintained and offers easy access to Clearwater Beach. The facility is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. However, finding a spot can be challenging, especially during peak season. Some visitors have reported difficulties getting a spot, while others have found it convenient. The price is reasonable, around $3 per hour, although some users have found it expensive. The beach area is clean and offers a pleasant experience, but the parking lot itself could use some improvement, such as better signage and more parking spots. Overall, it's a decent option for those visiting the beach, but be prepared for potential parking difficulties. One notable issue is the difficulty in finding a parking spot, especially during peak hours.
