The location has a somewhat mixed reputation. The business hours are clear and consistent, which is a positive aspect. However, there have been several complaints about the staff being rude and unhelpful. It's concerning that some customers have reported difficulty getting in touch with the office, with voicemail boxes being full and no one answering the phone. On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences with the staff, such as Jeremy, who was helpful and provided the necessary information. The location has wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, which is a good feature for people with disabilities. However, there have been some complaints about maintenance issues, such as a broken AC that was not fixed promptly. Overall, the location seems to have some room for improvement in terms of customer service and maintenance.
