The location is situated in a convenient spot on S Osprey Ave Avenue in Sarasota City, making it easily accessible to customers. The staff at Clear Path Chimney Cleaning Co. are professional and courteous, taking the time to explain the services they offer and addressing any concerns you may have. The company's range of chimney liner installation options, including stainless steel, aluminum, and cast-in-place liners, is impressive and provides customers with a choice that suits their needs. However, the linoleum of the office is worn out. This can be a bit off-putting for visitors and detract from the overall impression of the business.Despite this minor issue, the location has a lot to offer. The free estimates provided by the company are a great benefit, allowing customers to get a sense of the costs involved without feeling pressured. The fact that the company is licensed and insured gives customers peace of mind, knowing that they are in good hands. The wide range of services offered, including clay tile liner replacement and flue liner repair, means that customers can get all their chimney-related needs taken care of in one place. The location's consistent working hours, Monday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm, also make it easy for customers to schedule appointments at a time that suits them.
