This business location has several good qualities. First, the quality of their work is quite good. They provide professional services such as vent hood, fan, and exhaust cleaning, as well as commercial kitchen cleaning services. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and attentive to details, which is reflected in the reviews. However, there is a major issue with the reliability of their services. Two customers reported having bad experiences with the company's carelessness and mess left behind, which caused damage to their properties. These incidents are not only damaging to the reputation of the business but also pose a significant risk to customers. On the positive side, the pricing is competitive and seems to be a major advantage for the company. They also offer online estimates and onsite services, which makes it convenient for customers to get their services.Another good aspect of this business is that it is veteran-owned, which is something to be proud of. They also have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, making it easier for customers with disabilities to access their services.Overall, this business has some great qualities, but the reliability and carelessness of their services are a major concern.
