The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is easy to find and has a convenient parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility is available, making it a great option for people with mobility issues. The amenities include a clean restroom and a wide range of nail care services. Many clients praise the staff for their attention to detail and excellent work. The services are well-priced, with most clients stating that the quality of the services is worth the price. However, a few clients mentioned that the staff can be quite busy, which may result in longer wait times. The salon is modern and well-maintained, making it a great option for those looking for a clean and comfortable environment. Despite a few issues with communication and customer service, the majority of clients have reported a positive experience at Classy Nails. One issue to note is that the staff may not always be willing to work with clients who have specific requests or needs, leading to some frustration among clients. Overall, Classy Nails is a solid option for those looking for a reliable and high-quality nail salon experience.
