This location is situated in a convenient area, allowing for easy access to nearby roads. The on-site parking is a great feature, especially considering the wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The wheelchair-accessible entrance is a welcoming aspect for people with mobility issues. The overall cleanliness of the location could be improved, as the bathrooms are reportedly in poor condition. This is a major drawback, as seen in the review mentioning holes in the walls, weed in the sinks, and lack of privacy. On the other hand, the pricing seems to be reasonable, as suggested by the high rating. The variety of services provided, including parking, could be seen as an attempt to innovate and cater to a wide range of customers.
