I have visited the Clare Controls location in Sarasota City. Overall, it seems to be an average experience. The quality of products and services leaves much to be desired. While the pricing is relatively high, it seems to be worth it for some people. The working hours are decent, with the store open from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Unfortunately, the store is not open on weekends. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem with the customer service. The technical support team is difficult to reach and seems to be unhelpful. This was mentioned by several people who had issues with the system. Another issue is the reliability of the products, as many people reported problems with the security cameras, doorbell cameras, and other features. It seems that the system is not well-designed and has many bugs. The accessibility of the store is good, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. However, this does not make up for the other issues with the company. Overall, I would not recommend Clare Controls to anyone looking for a reliable smart home automation system.
