The location is easily accessible by car, with a well-marked parking lot that accommodates wheelchairs. The variety of used cars on offer makes it a go-to destination for those seeking a reliable vehicle. However, the photos of vehicles on the lot are not updated frequently, which may raise concerns about the accuracy of the listings. While the staff is generally helpful and accommodating, a few customers have reported issues with the condition of the vehicles they purchased. Some have even alleged that the owners were uncooperative in resolving the problems. On the other hand, many reviewers have praised the prices offered at City Star Motors, stating that they are highly competitive. Additionally, the business has been praised for its customer service, with staff going above and beyond to assist customers. One potential drawback is that the hours of operation are limited, with the lot closed on Sundays. However, the Monday-to-Saturday schedule is convenient for those who work standard hours.Overall, City Star Motors appears to be a solid choice for those in the market for a used vehicle. While there may be some concerns about the condition of the vehicles and the business's customer service policies, the competitive prices and helpful staff make it a worthwhile destination.
