City of Vapors is a well-stocked vape shop with a wide selection of products, including e-liquids, vaporizers, and glass pipes. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable, with some employees being more friendly and patient than others. Prices are competitive, with some discounts available for rewards members. The shop has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is always willing to help with any questions or problems. However, there have been some issues with staff being unwilling to help or being rude to customers. In one case, a customer was told to look at the TVs for answers instead of being helped by a staff member. Another customer had a problem with a faulty glass piece that was not replaced, despite the customer's attempts to return it.Overall, City of Vapors is a solid choice for vape shop customers, but there is room for improvement in terms of staff training and customer service. With a little more attention to these areas, the shop could become an even better experience for customers.
