I visited Citrus Primary Care Crystal River located at Building 700, SE 5th Terrace Street, Suite 7. The atmosphere in the clinic seems pleasant and welcoming. The staff appears to be friendly and willing to help. As I went there for medical attention, I was promptly greeted and led to the examination room. The doctors, including the ophthalmologist, hematologist, and general practitioners, seem to be knowledgeable and well-trained in their respective fields.
Some patients may find the waiting time a bit lengthy, however it's understandable given the high demand for services and the extensive list of specialties available. It's worth noting that making an appointment in advance is highly recommended to minimize waiting time. Unfortunately, the clinic's parking is not available for the patients with disability as the parking is located far from the entrance, making it difficult to access the clinic for people with mobility issues.
The facility itself is wheelchair accessible, which is a positive aspect, although it would be more convenient if the parking area was more accessible.
