Unfortunately, this location failed to meet my expectations. The employees seemed uncooperative and unhelpful. The staff's behavior towards me and my father was discriminatory based on our skin color. Additionally, an employee threatened to get our car towed due to a misunderstanding. The doctors, on the other hand, seemed knowledgeable, and one patient mentioned that Dr. Daly was great and had good bedside manners. However, other patients expressed dissatisfaction with the care they received and the billing practices of the office. The receptionist was often rude, and some patients felt they were being misled about the cost of procedures. The office seems to have a flawed billing system, with patients receiving incorrect information about their insurance coverage. Despite some positive reviews, I would not recommend this location due to the inconsistent and often poor treatment of patients.
