The office is clean and well-maintained, and the service is quick and efficient. Dr. Mehta and his team, including Lisa Dinard, are caring and attentive to patients' needs, taking the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable manner. The staff at the front desk, including Guaimary, Yadira, Andrea, and Tania, are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to assist patients.One of the notable issues is that some patients have experienced difficulty with communication and follow-up from the front office staff, with some patients having to call multiple times to resolve issues.
