The location of Citrus Maids is convenient for those who need home and daily services, particularly for house cleaning. The business operates from a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, which is a great feature for individuals with mobility issues. The services offered by Citrus Maids seem to be professional and of high quality, as evident from the positive feedback from clients. Many reviewers have praised the business for their excellent work, prompt communication, and fair prices. However, there is an issue with responsiveness, as one client had to reach out to the owner after not hearing back from the business for several days. This is concerning, as it may indicate that the business does not always follow up with clients in a timely manner. Despite this issue, Citrus Maids has received many positive reviews, with clients praising the business for their exceptional quality, punctuality, and professionalism. The business has also been praised for going above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients, including handling maintenance tasks and working with clients to accommodate tight schedules. The prices offered by the business seem to be competitive, and many clients have commented on the value they receive for the services provided. Overall, Citrus Maids appears to be a reliable and trustworthy business that provides high-quality services to its clients. However, the issue with responsiveness should be addressed to ensure that clients receive the attention they need in a timely manner.
