I was impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Ellie and Melinda, who went above and beyond to address my concerns. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and inviting. However, I had some issues with the elevator, which was often out of order, and the gates to the parking lot, which were frequently broken. The location of the property is convenient, with easy access to downtown Bradenton and the beaches. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and I enjoyed the resort-style living experience. However, I did experience some problems with pests, including ants and cockroaches, which were a nuisance. The pricing of the property was competitive, and I felt that the value was good considering the amenities and location. However, I did feel that some of the issues with maintenance and pests were not adequately addressed.Overall, my experience at Cirrus at Aqua was mixed. While I appreciated the friendly staff and beautiful location, I was disappointed with the maintenance and pest issues. I would recommend this property to others, but with the caveat that they may need to be patient with the maintenance team and expect some occasional issues. The community at Cirrus at Aqua seemed welcoming and friendly, with regular events and activities. However, I did notice that some of the residents were leaving due to issues with the property, which was a shame. One notable issue that I experienced was with the new management team, which seemed to be struggling to keep up with the maintenance and pest issues. However, I did appreciate the efforts of some of the staff members, such as Andrea and Vicky, who were friendly and helpful.Overall, I would give Cirrus at Aqua 4 out of 5 stars. While it has some drawbacks, the property has a lot of potential and could be a great option for those looking for a resort-style living experience in Bradenton.
