This Circle K location on Simpson Rd Road in Kissimmee City seems to be a mixed bag. On the plus side, it offers a wide range of services, including a coffee shop, financial services, and a convenience store. The location is also wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that can accommodate customers with disabilities. However, there have been some issues with customer service. Several reviewers have mentioned that the staff can be rude and unhelpful, particularly during late-night hours. One reviewer had a particularly unpleasant experience with a staff member who refused to assist them, even after they had waited for a long time. Another issue with this location is that it often closes early, with some reviewers noting that the doors are locked after midnight. This can be frustrating for customers who need to make a purchase or use a service after hours. It's also worth noting that the prices at this location are not always accurate, with one reviewer noting that the prices displayed on the board were lower than the actual price at the pump. Overall, while this Circle K location has some positive qualities, it's clear that there are some issues that need to be addressed in order to improve the customer experience.
