The location is situated in a convenient area with free street parking and a parking lot available. The establishment has a variety of services, including ATMs, convenience store, and restaurants, making it a one-stop-shop for customers. However, the working hours are 24/7, which may lead to understaffing, resulting in negative experiences for some customers. Some customers have reported being treated rudely by employees, which can be a major issue. In one case, an employee refused to sell beer to a customer with their 16-year-old son, citing no signage to indicate the cooler was off-limits to minors. This behavior can be detrimental to the business's reputation and may lead to customers avoiding the location altogether. On the other hand, some employees have been praised for their excellent customer service and friendly demeanor. A few customers have reported issues with the availability of products, citing that the store is often out of stock. This can be frustrating for customers who rely on the store for their daily needs. The location's rating is 3.2, according to third-party ratings. Some customers have reported issues with the self-checkout system, stating that it slows down the process and is inconvenient. The addition of self-checkout has also been seen as a negative change by some customers, who prefer the traditional checkout experience.Overall, the location has both positive and negative aspects, and it seems that some customers have had better experiences than others. The business may want to focus on improving customer service and addressing the issues with understaffing and product availability to enhance the overall customer experience.
