This location seems to be a mixed bag. On one hand, it offers a wide range of services and products, including a convenience store, gas pumps, a coffee shop, and a public restroom. The staff is generally friendly, and some customers have reported good experiences with the employees. The location is also convenient, with free parking and 24/7 hours of operation. However, there are also some concerns that need to be addressed. Some customers have reported issues with cleanliness, including dirty floors and a lack of maintenance in the restroom. There have also been reports of rude or unfriendly staff, which can be off-putting for customers. Additionally, some customers have had issues with finding what they need, such as large coffee cups or lids.Overall, this location has some strengths and weaknesses. While it may not be the best option for everyone, it does offer a convenient and accessible location for those in need of quick services. To improve, the staff could focus on providing better customer service and maintaining a cleaner store. One major issue that stands out is the lack of consistency in providing quality services and products. Some customers have reported good experiences, while others have had poor experiences. This inconsistency can be frustrating for customers and may deter them from returning. It's worth noting that this location is part of a larger franchise, Circle K, which has a reputation for providing convenient and accessible services to customers. However, this location seems to be struggling to live up to those standards. With some improvements to customer service and maintenance, this location could potentially become a more reliable and trustworthy option for customers.
