This hair salon has a lot to offer. It has on-site parking, making it easy for customers to get in and out. They accept various forms of payment, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. Appointments are recommended, which is a good idea considering they can get busy. The salon also has a restroom and is wheelchair accessible, both the parking lot and the entrance. They identify as a women-owned business. Unfortunately, one major issue seems to be that customers sometimes have trouble keeping appointments. A recent customer was told that their appointment was confirmed but found the doors locked when they arrived, with no one there. This kind of lack of communication can be very frustrating for customers and may make them lose trust in the business.
