Choptank Transport is an award-winning logistics company with a long history of providing multi-modal freight and international services to shippers. Unfortunately, the experience of most customers has been marred by poor quality of service, communication issues, and a lack of professionalism from some of their brokers. The company has been accused of being uninterested in setting up new carriers, having rude customer service representatives, and failing to follow through on commitments. Many customers have reported difficulty in getting in touch with the company, with some claiming that they have been left on hold for extended periods or have had their calls disconnected. This has resulted in frustration and a lack of trust in the company's ability to provide reliable services.Despite some positive comments about the company's pricing, it appears that this is one of the few areas where they excel. However, even in this regard, some customers have reported issues with unexpected charges or fees.Unfortunately, the innovativeness of Choptank Transport is not evident in their business practices, as they seem to be stuck in a rut and unable to adapt to the changing needs of their customers. The most significant issue that stands out is the lack of communication and professionalism from the company's brokers, which has resulted in a negative experience for many customers. This issue needs to be addressed in order for Choptank Transport to improve its overall quality of service and reputation.Overall, Choptank Transport has a long way to go in terms of providing excellent service to its customers. Until they address the issues mentioned above, it is difficult to recommend them as a reliable and trustworthy logistics partner.
