This location is a medical service facility that offers a range of healthcare services. However, my experience with the location was not ideal. As a Director of Public Health, I attempted to register for a vaccine, but the online system crashed, and the phone lines were insufficient. I was forced to wait for hours on the phone, only to be told that my information could not be taken over the phone. The staff seemed untrained and unprepared to handle the demand. I felt that the location failed to provide adequate service to its patients, particularly those who are vulnerable to COVID-19. The experience was frustrating and stressful, and I would not recommend this location to others.It's worth noting that some patients have reported positive experiences at this location, but my experience was marred by poor service and inadequate preparation. Overall, I would give this location a mediocre rating due to the issues I encountered.
