This location offers a variety of services for students looking to improve their English skills, with options for online classes and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. The business identifies as Latino-owned, women-owned, and Black-owned, adding to its diversity and inclusivity. The hours of operation are quite flexible, with 24-hour availability on most days and later closing hours on Fridays. The location has received positive feedback from clients, who praise the excellent quality of the classes, the helpful instructors, and the interactive learning environment. Some students appreciate the opportunity to practice speaking and correcting mistakes in real-time. However, there are some inconsistent statements about whether students have the opportunity to correct their own errors during classes.
