I was very disappointed with the service at this location. The employees seemed uninterested in helping me, and the kitchen was dirty and disorganized. The food was also not up to par, with a giant piece of metal found in my burrito and a dead worm in the guacamole. The portions were also very small, especially considering the high prices. However, the staff did seem to be trying to make up for the mistakes, and the manager did respond to my complaints. One of the biggest issues with this location is the lack of quality control. It seems like the staff is more focused on getting orders out quickly than on making sure the food is safe and good. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that serves food. The prices at this location are also a bit high, especially considering the small portions. However, the prices are not the only issue. The fact that the staff is not paying attention to the food and the kitchen is dirty is a major concern. In terms of innovativeness, this location could improve by offering more unique and creative options for customers. While the standard Chipotle menu is great, it would be nice to see some more experimental dishes and flavors.Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone. The service and food quality are not up to par, and the prices are too high. I hope that the management will take my complaints seriously and make some changes to improve the experience for customers.
