The owners take pride in their business and are committed to providing the best possible experience for their clients. However, one potential issue that was mentioned in a review is the business's payment policy, where a client felt that the therapist asked for a tip before the massage was complete and then demanded more when the tip was given. This incident was addressed by the owner, who apologized and offered a free massage as a gesture of goodwill. Overall, the business has made efforts to address concerns and improve the experience for their clients.
