The staff is generally friendly and helpful, often remembering regular customers and providing good customer service. The cleanliness of the location is a positive aspect, with the property being well-maintained and clean. However, some issues have been reported, such as malfunctioning pumps and a bathroom being out of service. The prices are generally competitive, with some customers noting that the prices inside are great compared to other gas stations in the area. The location is well-equipped with basic auto needs, and the propane exchange is a useful feature for customers who need it. The Shell location is also wheelchair accessible, making it more inclusive for customers with mobility issues.
