This location has several problems. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and professionalism shown by the staff. They lied to me about closing my account and transferring my subscriptions, which was a huge mistake. I also had to wait over 40 minutes for a manager to assist me, but they were unhelpful. The trash outside the building is disgusting, and the ATM is constantly malfunctioning. It's hard to understand why this branch can't seem to get anything right. The staff seems to be uncaring and unhelpful, and the management appears to be nonexistent. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
