I was a bit disappointed with my experience at this Chase Bank location. The staff seemed friendly, but they didn't seem very attentive to my needs. I had to wait for a while before I was helped, and even then, the representative seemed to be in a hurry. The atmosphere of the bank was modern and clean, but I didn't feel very comfortable while I was there. The services offered were good, but I didn't see anything that stood out as particularly innovative. Unfortunately, the bank's system failed to give me the $2,000 I was trying to withdraw from the ATM, which left me feeling frustrated. The staff didn't seem very helpful with resolving the issue, which was a letdown. Overall, it was an average experience, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this bank to others.
