I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at this location. The manager and employees are always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any needs. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some issues. On my first visit, I was told that they couldn't give me information on a product that they offered, despite being a customer. I had to call the 800 number, which was a waste of time. The bank's inability to help me with a simple transaction was frustrating. However, I've had better experiences since then. The branch is clean and well-maintained, with a free parking lot and wheelchair-accessible facilities. The drive-through service is convenient, but I wish it were available on Sundays. Overall, I would recommend this location to others, but be prepared for some limitations and potential issues. The bank's lack of attention to detail and follow-through on transactions is a major concern. I've had to repeat myself multiple times to get things done, which is unacceptable. The branch's inability to provide basic services like notarization and cash withdrawals is also a major drawback. I've had to go to other branches to get these services, which is inconvenient. Despite these issues, the staff at this location are always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience slightly better. However, the bank's overall performance is lacking, which is a major concern.
