I've had the pleasure of visiting this Chase branch located on Bee Ridge Rd in Sarasota, and I must say it's been a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I'm part of the neighborhood. They're always willing to lend a helping hand, and their professionalism is top-notch.The branch itself is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. I've never had any issues with accessibility during my visits.One of the standout features of this branch is the drive-through service. It's a convenient option for those who need to conduct banking business quickly and efficiently.From what I've gathered, the working hours are quite flexible, with Monday to Friday hours from 9 am to 5 pm. It's a shame that they're closed on Thursdays, but it's understandable.As for issues, I did come across one person who had a not-so-great experience with the branch on Fruitville Rd, but I'm assuming that's a different story altogether.Overall, I would definitely recommend this Chase branch to anyone looking for friendly and reliable banking services in Sarasota.
