This place is truly excellent for outpatient procedures. Staff works as a team to efficiently complete everything. Clients praise the kindness, care, and professionalism of the staff, from the front desk to the back door. Many appreciate how the staff takes the time to explain everything before and during the procedure. Cleanliness is also consistently mentioned as a positive aspect. Several clients had a less than perfect experience, but it is worth mentioning that some minor issues exist, such as one client feeling surprised by not being informed before being put under anesthesia. Additionally, one client was not updated on the results of their procedure. Despite these isolated incidents, they do not overshadow the positive experiences shared by the majority of clients. Overall, clients have reported positive experiences at this location.
