I stopped by this location for a consultation, but unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to see the team in action. The business has good reviews online, and its collaboration with Charlotte Engineering & Surveying seems like a great asset. However, I did experience a communication breakdown with them - my calls were consistently ignored, and I never received any response. Despite its excellent accessibility features, which include a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, the location doesn't seem to live up to its full potential. On a positive note, the team does offer amazing customer service when you do get to talk to them - friendly and professional, just like one reviewer mentioned. The lack of follow-through and responsiveness issues seem to plague this business, which is unfortunate considering its great potential. Hopefully, the team will work on addressing these issues and improving their communication with clients.
