The location is generally decent, but some clients have expressed frustration with getting help over the phone. It seems like calling the Tampa branch can be challenging, with some people having to visit in person to speak with someone. Despite this, many clients praise the quality of service they've received from certain advisors, such as Carly Murphy and Michael Blazina, who have provided helpful and patient service. The financial services offered by Schwab appear to be comprehensive, including account management, investment advice, and retirement planning. The location's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible restrooms and parking, are also a plus. However, some clients have expressed disappointment with the branch's inability to resolve issues, such as lost paperwork and failed follow-ups. The inconsistent service experience raises concerns about the overall quality of service provided by the branch. One major issue stands out: phone service can be a problem, as some clients have struggled to get help over the phone, and have had to resort to visiting in person. This can be frustrating for clients who prefer to communicate remotely.
