The business is well-organized and has a clear structure, with features like wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, making it welcoming to all customers. The staff is friendly and helpful, as seen in the praise for Maggie, who responds to emails within 24 hours. The coaches are trained and have a competitive yet sportsmanlike attitude, making sure all kids have a fair amount of playtime. However, there are concerns about some coaches being late or not showing up to practices, and the management not responding to customer concerns. The uniforms are a mix of different colors, and the organization charges a lot more than other leagues for fewer games and practices. Some customers also express dissatisfaction with the team promoting flagrant behavior towards other players in younger divisions.
