Chapel Crossings is a well-rounded community with a good balance of quality and pricing. The location is fantastic, close to 75 and a ton of restaurants, and the amenities are fantastic for kids with playgrounds and a great pool and clubhouse. However, some staff members and residents may hold prejudiced views, as evidenced by a previous reviewer's experience with armed security and racist behavior. The HOA has also been criticized for being unresponsive and requiring residents to go through a law firm to address issues. Despite these issues, the community has a lot to offer, including a new clubhouse and pool area with a lazy river, and a beautiful, upscale atmosphere with nice street scapes, trees, and green spaces.
